what a unlucky day..got scolding from everyone..irene scold me cause i dont know how to use the phone..but it's not my fault.. need password to login lor..and nobody teach me how to use it..i have no idea how to transfer call, hold call and end call..it's so hard..after that a lady call in..BT: Chan brother travel.. BT: oh.. i see.. erm.. can i have your name and contact number?miss: *******; 9*******BT: i will ask one of the staff to call you in a short while..miss: i can't believe chan brother have such a bad service.. if you don't call me in 15 min time, i will not book from Chan Brother anymore!( hello! we're really very busy lor!!! and i wasn't the 1 transfer you to here and there lor)i was kind enough to take down your name and contact number and you still scold so much! and she was kind enough to slam the phone..i can't believe people vent their anger on others just because we, people who are nice enough to work in the service industries! what a unlucky day! =(
