argh!!!what meeting will that be..when leader do not listen to others advice..
leader will always listen to others ppl advice or ideas
so that others will be willing to help..
respect others before asking other to respect you
tolerance must be a strong point of a leader
not a weak point.. =)
set good example for others before asking others to set good example
talk in a more serious tone instead of shouting,
to let other member know that they need to be serious

everyone can be a leader,
but it's only how well a person can lead..

short of so much money..
so many ppl went for the meeting but none of them think about the fund..cmon man.. owen, jun cheng, zhong liang have to pay so much more..and that guo qiang.. why did he kept changing his mind..luckily owen nvr count him money in or else..we are really in deep trouble..left $32 to buy bbq food? is that a joke?who give the idea of buying snacks?we are already short of cash and they use the fund to buy snacks..what about the ultilities bill? $$$ -.-"what about tongs, satay stick, wire gauze and bbq food?money, money and more money..OMG.. alright i'm going down to the cheapest bbq whole sale centre now..BTW please pray for this bbq.. alot of ppl have put in alot of effort..hope everything will run smoothly.. cheers!
